'Disposable Room' exposes how " urban nomads " engage in self-identity substitution and deception through frequent relocations, piecing together a "false sense of temporary presence " by purchasing cheap soft furnishings. They attempt to disguise unfamiliar spaces as " home," yet these makeshift fixes for belonging fail to address the fractures in identity.
Instead, individuals become colonised by material possessions, reduced to cogs in the machinery of consumer logic.
